We came down from Columbus, Ohio.
Modern Method Build LLC began in Columbus, Ohio in 2007 and now operates from Naples, Florida. The company handles new homes, remodeling and roofing across Southwest Florida.
Architects, designers, builders and construction trades work within the same company, allowing the team to carry a project from early layout through construction.

A waterfront home over two stories, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across 5,559 square feet, positioned where the waterways converge. Twelve foot ceilings lined with tongue and groove wood, a gourmet kitchen in white oak cabinetry with a butler's pantry and wet bar, a covered summer kitchen outside, and electric drop down screens, hurricane shutters and impact glass throughout.

New construction on a half acre lot with southern exposure, 6,591 square feet under roof, in the Estates of Marco Island. Smooth custom white stucco with a charcoal cement tile roof, glass garage doors, a large pool with an integrated spa, an outdoor kitchen and a putting green.

A newly built 4 bedroom plus den residence with 4.5 bathrooms on a quiet street.
